However, we understand that errors can occur.
If you have made a donation in error or there has been a double entry, you are required to contact your Local Church Treasurer within 24 hours of the transaction and inform them of the mistake.

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Donation was made in error
• A duplicate/double entry was processed

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
