TO PREPARE:

• To train and deepen the knowledge of men in Scripture and prayer to help them recognize their spiritual call and responsibility at home, church and the society.
• To help them align their lives and actions to God’s call as a heartfelt response.
• To create a synergy among the fellowship members, enabling them to complement each other’s gifts, talents and resources for the extension of God’s Kingdom.

TO PROCESS:

• Prayerfully and systematically, plan before executing the mission so that it achieves its ultimate purpose.
• Identify and gather all resources and talents available within the group and the church and utilize the same to the fullest to accomplish the desired goal.

TO PERCEIVE:

• Identifying areas of service in both the Church and Community.
• Utilizing one’s resources to impact and add value to others.

TO PERSEVERE:

• To strive relentlessly in spite of the obstacles and challenges that are faced to fulfil the task at hand.
• To put aside differences and stand together to achieve the desired plan and purpose within the stipulated time.
